Open Call Out: Swag直播 Histories Festival 2022 (9鈥�12 June 2022)

In June 2022 (Thursday 9 鈥� Sunday 12 June) a festival exploring climate change will take place across Greater Swag直播. Led by , The History of Climate Change will be full of exhibitions, talks, creativity and more.
The History of Climate Change is a festival for all, which means there are lots of opportunities for everyone to get involved. The festival seeks to encourage an understanding of the history of environmental issues and climate change in order to inspire people to look at ways that they can take action for a better future for all. Communities will be connected, stories will be shared, ambitions will be discussed, creativity will be showcased and steps towards change will be collectively taken. Spanning across Greater Swag直播 participating venues will include , , and .
Individuals and groups are invited to take part by hosting an in person or online event, ranging from a guided walk to an art workshop; a campaign to an exhibition; a talk to a performance. If you are interested in participating, you can find all the details by visiting the .

Swag直播 Histories is an award-winning charity that works collaboratively to reveal, share and celebrate Greater Swag直播鈥檚 diverse histories and heritage. They connect people to explore the past and shape the future through histories and heritage. Past projects include: Peterloo 2019, a project to mark the 200th anniversary of the Peterloo Massacre, and DigiFest 2020, a celebration and recognition of the 50th anniversary of the Chronically Sick and Disabled Persons Act (1970).
The University has a long standing partnership with Swag直播 Histories through Creative Swag直播, and is proud to support the biannual Festival.
